Los laboratoristas son más amables y te atienden rápido

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las señoritas no tienen la mejor atención. La señorita no me explicó que había paquetes y me cobró todo por separado. Ya que yo pregunté me dijo que si había paquetes y cuando le dije que si me aplicaban, me dijo que ya no. Se me hizo muy mañosa. Si saben que tienen descuentos, por qué no le dicen a los pacientes? Acabé gastando 500 pesos de más gracias a que no le importó decirme desde un inicio y pudiendo cobrar todo en paquete, eligió no hacerlo. Tienen medidas para covid, pero al final si tienen varios pacientes adentro en los estudios, te acaban poniendo uno junto al otro mientras te exploran la boca. De preferencia hagan cita, porque hay estudios para los que no te reciben sin cita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente por parte de las recepcionistas parecen enojadas, contestan de la misma forma el radiólogo de la panorámica igualmente grosero le preguntas algo y no te contesta, todo el demás personal fue amable y eficiente, lástima que todo lo demás proporcione un una experiencia al cliente nefasta.
