i	ivan orlando carvajal huchin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio y no resuelven nada,lleva mi hidrolavadora kb-pro 3hp 1900 psi 120 v. y durante 3 semanas nada hicieron,solo me dijeron que no se pudo abrir ya q estaba sellado donde van los oring y las válvulas pay pas,ya que si lo abrían era romperlo y nada serviría y habria q comprar otro cabezal y me saldría en 9 mil pesos,para ellos o sea evans esa era la solucion mas facil,obvio lo mejor que hice al no darme una buena solución tuve que buscar otra segunda opinion y resulta q lo busque y en mi presencia abrieron dicha bomba y el resultado era que ya habían roto el bay pas y valvulas,osea q dicho servicio tecnico de evans no tienen ni las herramientas adecuadas para sacar las piezas y las hacen a golpes y sin ningún cuidado,es una lastima que dicha empresa ya no sea la de antes y sus empleados sean personas mal educadas y hasta para poder comunicarte al taller o oficina tardan demasiado como si fuera algún banco,tenemos motores evans y otras hidrolavadoras pero con estos servicios hay que pensar ahora muy serio comprar por dichas garantías muy sospechosas y como resultado ya está lista mi hidrolavadora con sus piezas originales q se pidieron a evans guadalajara quien rapido y buen servicio nos mandaron las piezas, ya que en mérida seria muy dificil nos lo mandaran con la actitud que tienen.hay le envio las imagenes para que vean como me dejaron mi equipo sus técnicos ya que para eso si fueron buenos disfrazarlo y entregarlo. terrible service and they do not solve anything, take my pressure washer kb-pro 3hp 1900 psi 120 v. and for 3 weeks they did nothing, they only told me that it could not be opened since it was sealed where the oring and the pay pas valves go, since if they opened it it was to break it and nothing would work and I would have to buy another head and it would come out in 9 thousand pesos, for them, that is, evans, that was the easiest solution, obviously the best thing I did by not giving myself a good solution I had to look for another second opinion and it turns out that I looked for it and in my presence they opened said pump and the result was that already They had broken the bay pas and valves, that is, said evans technical service does not even have the right tools to remove the parts and they do them with blows and without any care, it is a pity that said company is no longer the one before and its employees They are badly educated people and even to be able to communicate to the workshop or office they take too long as if it were a bank, we have evans motors and other pressure washers but with these services we must now think very seriously to buy for these very suspicious guarantees and how As a result, my pressure washer is ready with its original parts that were asked to evans guadalajara who quickly and good service sent us the parts, since in merida it would be very difficult they will send it to us with the attitude they have. how my team left me its technicians since for that if they were good to disguise it and deliver it.
