Al final tardaron 4 días en resolverme y eso porque estuve metiendo presión ya que todo depende del área de sistemas que no podían o no querían arreglarlo para que me lo enviaran
Buena atención , solo si quieren pagar en Oxxo u otro paguen el mismo día que hicieron su pedido y no paguen jueves o viernes pq finanzas no trabaja fines de semana y se les refleja hasta el lunes si acaso.
La verdad no me quedan ganas de volver a comprar debido a que batalle mucho para recibir mis productos
