★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desesperante el tiempo qué hay que pasar aquí para recibir material (más de una hora por lo menos), solo una persona atiende en recepción y no tiene idea de lo qué pasa, muy poca consideración para los tiempos del cliente, ya sea en sucursal (tienda) o aquí en el centro de distribución.
Desperate time what you have to spend here to receive material (more than an hour at least), only one person attends reception and has no idea what's going on, very little consideration for the client's time, either at the branch ( store) or here at the distribution center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de entrega de material es inaceptablemente largo. Puede uno estar dos horas antes de que le entreguen, nisiquiera tienen la consideración de tener sillas cómodas para esperar lo cual vuelve la espera una tortura.
