★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal trato a los niños. El personal que toma las muestras son frías peor que hielo. No tienen sentimiento ni carisma hacia los niños que van para que les hagan sus estudios. Última vez que iremos a ceex. Nada recomendable ese laboratorio. Pésimo.
I treat children very badly. The staff that takes the samples are cold worse than ice. They have no feeling or charisma towards the children who go to do their studies. Last time we will go to ceex. Nothing recommended that laboratory. Appalling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El laboratorio más caro de Xalapa y los Clientes esperando sin tapabocas, filas en la calle de 1 hora para ser atendido. Las muestras se expiran por tener que esperar tanto tiempo para ser recibidas. Y lo más lamentable es la poca capacidad del personal para atender estas situaciones. Me queje con dos personas, la señorita que atiende en la fila de la calle y el encargado de la sucursal qué tomo mi muestra y ninguno de los dos supo dar una respuesta o atención digna. Disminuyen su personal por protocolo sanitario pero cuando la diminuta sala de recepción se llena de gente porque la gente no deja de ir por la pandemia y la espera se convierte en horas por la falta de personal competente, me pregunto ¿Cómo es eficiente un protocolo sanitario con un cuarto de 10 x 10 mts saturado de gente en su mayoría enferma? Muy lamentable. Toda la vida de ser cliente de Ceex y me pierden por una pésima experiencia. Pero eso si, los precios siguen siendo los más caros de Xalapa.

And the most unfortunate thing is the staff's limited capacity to deal with these situations. I complained to two people, the lady who attends the street line and the manager of the branch who took my sample and neither of them knew how to give a decent response or attention. They reduce their staff due to sanitary protocol, but when the tiny reception room fills with people because people do not stop going due to the pandemic and the wait becomes hours due to the lack of competent personnel, I wonder how efficient a sanitary protocol is with a room of 10 x 10 meters saturated with people mostly sick? Very unfortunate. All my life of being a Ceex customer and they lose me because of a bad experience. But yes, the prices are still the most expensive in Xalapa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui a recoger unos estudios y no los tienen no aceptan que los estraviaron y quieren q venga el paciente nuevamente para realizarlos ..... No somos de la ciudad y viajar nos genera un gasto extra. Alguien me puede asesorar dónde puedo poner mi queja.
Terrible service, I went to pick up some studies and they do not have them, they do not accept that they were strayed and they want the patient to come again to carry them out ..... We are not from the city and traveling generates an extra expense. Someone can advise me where I can put my complaint.
