Mi familiar es una persona mayor y la señora le respondía de malas y molesta. Cuando yo le pregunté por los pisos, solo me mandó a una esquina que ahí yo viera, ni recomendaciones de otros pisos ni asesoría, todo de malas, la tienda estaba sola. SE NOTA QUE NO QUIEREN VENDER, el compañero nunca se movió ni tampoco se involucró solo estaba viendo el monitor de la computadora. Obviamente perdieron una compra grande y un cliente que se dedica a renovación de casas. Lástima era primera vez que iba a una de estas tiendas por recomendación pero no voy a volver. Seleccionen mejor su personal!!!! Porque ni que nos hagan el favor, nosotros somos los que pagamos por el producto, un buen servicio a cliente y atención hace la diferencia.
