★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuenta con tiendas departamentales como Coppel y Cimaco. Próximamente abrirán sus puertas Smartfit e IOS Offices. Se encuentran en la plaza marcas locales como Chata, Heidi Hach y Joyerías Luna. También están operando ya café Punta del cielo, Nutrisa y GNC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena plaza, tiene varias tiendas (hasta ahora) y siguen abriendo cada vez más, le doy 4 estrellas por que les falta organizarse más con los accesos para hacer más fluido el tráfico, quitar topes innecesarios, definir claramente acceso de entrada y salida (hay gente que se confunde y entorpece el tráfico) con poca gente en ocasiones se congestiona, ahora cuando se llene la plaza, adicional a eso la salida se llena de carros que quieren entrar a Costco y es un lío salir de a ahí a partir de las 6 de la tarde (para que tomen precauciones).
Por otro lado la plaza es amplia y tienen buenos surtidos la mayoría de las tiendas que hay, una ventaja para tener otra plaza más a parte de forum.
Good square, it has several stores (so far) and they keep opening more and more, I give it 4 stars because they need to organize more with the accesses to make traffic more fluid, remove unnecessary stops, clearly define entry and exit access (there are people who get confused and obstruct the traffic) with few people sometimes it gets congested, now when the square is full, in addition to that the exit is full of cars that want to enter Costco and it is a mess to get out of there after 6 in the afternoon (so that they take precautions).
On the other hand, the square is wide and most of the stores that there are have good assortments, an advantage to have another square besides the forum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la plaza con la mejor arquitectura del paisaje en todo Culiacán, les felicito por conservar la vegetación y algunos árboles que formaban parte del complejo anterior.
Lograron un espacio agradable y armonioso. ?
En lo que respecta a los señalamientos para los accesos les falta mejorar, es confuso tanto para el acceso vehicular como peatonal.

Regarding the signs for access, they need to be improved, it is confusing for both vehicular and pedestrian access.
