★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general el lugar está bien. La atención al cliente puede mejorar aún ya que a veces la fila aunque sea corta se tarda demasiado. Fuera de ahí, encuentras la mayoría de lo que buscas a buen precio.
In general the place is fine. Customer service can still improve since sometimes the line, even if it is short, takes too long. Outside of there, you find most of what you are looking for at a good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Celestun puedes encontrar cualquier ingrediente de materias primas y equipo para repostería y panadería (Levadura, adornos, colorantes, polvos, cremas de repostería, charolas, capacillos, etc.) En definitiva es uno de los lugares mejor surtidos de la ciudad para esta clase de productos. En mi experiencia, si lo que necesitas no lo surten aquí, será bastante difícil que en otro lugar de la localidad lo tengan.
Como está a un costado del mercado de la Cruz y es una zona altamente concurrida, recomiendo ir temprano (8:00 AM) para evitarse problemas, en especial si llegas en auto, ya que desde las 9 de la mañana empieza a llenarse y al pasar el día se hace prácticamente imposible encontrar estacionamiento, así como transitar por las calles cercanas.
In Celestun you can find any ingredient of raw materials and equipment for pastry and bakery (yeast, decorations, dyes, powders, pastry creams, trays, cups, etc.) In short, it is one of the best assorted places in the city for this class of products. In my experience, if what you need is not supplied here, it will be quite difficult for them to have it elsewhere in the town.
As it is next to the Mercado de la Cruz and it is a highly crowded area, I recommend going early (8:00 AM) to avoid problems, especially if you arrive by car, since from 9 in the morning it starts to fill up and at Spending the day is practically impossible to find parking, as well as to navigate the nearby streets.
