Llevé un celular a revisión para ver si se podía reparar, pero después de una semana de llamadas y visitas para checar si le habían hecho algo, solamente me daban excusas tontas con una muy mala actitud de los empleados. En la última visita que hice al local, pedí que me lo devolvieran para llevarlo a revisar a algún otro centro de servicio, pero lo tenían todo desarmado y ni las piezas podían encontrar. Ahora que me dieron un diagnóstico en otro lugar, me dijeron que le habían cambiado piezas originales y que ya no tenía arreglo. La verdad una gran decepción y por supuesto que no recomiendo que lleven nigún equipo con estas personas.
A crap of service, obviously I do not recommend it. I took a cell phone to check to see if it could be repaired, but after a week of calls and visits to check if they had done something, they only gave me dumb excuses with a very bad attitude of the employees. On the last visit I made to the place, I asked to have it returned to take him to check to some other service center, but they had everything disassembled and not even the pieces could find. Now that they gave me a diagnosis in another place, they told me that they had changed original parts and that I no longer had an arrangement. The truth is a big disappointment and of course I do not recommend that they carry any equipment with these people.
