Lleve un iPad para un "simple" cambio de batería. Me comentaron que igual habría que cambiarle un conector para que funcionara correctamente y accedí.
Al mes me dicen que ya está, pero al llegar a casa y trabajar con el equipo este se reiniciaba. El técnico Carlos argumento que era por que tenía muchas aplicaciones pero que la iba a revisar. A la segunda vez lo mismo, el equipo se reiniciaba. A la tercera vez lo mismo, pero ahora con el sustento de que la habían estado revisando y probando todo el día.
3 meses después me entregan mi equipo y me dijeron que de plano no pueden repararlo. Para recuperar el dinero, pasaron otros 3 meses mas para al menos conseguir el reembolso de la batería y lo del conector, pues que eso no me lo podían regresar por que no les servía a ellos la pieza. 2 meses de estar solicitando mi dinero, ya di por perdido esos 700 pesos del conector.
Pésimo servicio, respuestas nefastas del técnico, y capacidad técnica muy muy dudosa.
Aléjense de este lugar.
Terrible service
Bring an iPad for a "simple" battery change. They told me that it would still be necessary to change a connector for it to work correctly and I agreed.
After a month they tell me that it is done, but when I got home and worked with the team, it would restart. Technician Carlos argued that it was because he had many applications but that he was going to review it. The second time the same, the computer restarted. The third time the same, but now with the sustenance that they had been checking and testing it all day.
3 months later they gave me my equipment and they told me that they could not repair it outright. To get the money back, it took another 3 months to at least get the reimbursement for the battery and the connector, since they couldn't give it back to me because the part didn't work for them. 2 months of requesting my money, I already gave up those 700 pesos from the connector.
Terrible service, dire responses from the technician, and very very doubtful technical ability.
Get away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es deficiente el servicio me iba a cambiar el botón y el flexor y lo cambiaron y no funcionaba ni siquiera lo quisieron encender ahí el CEL me dijieron que descargaron la batería cuando ni siquiera estaba descargada.
Su garantía es una basura se quedaron 4 días más mi equipo y si lo decía ya se lo cambiamos el flexor e iba y decían que no estaba el técnico que fue por refacciones y se escondía en el baño , hasta que un día me espere y salió del banco y me dice todavía no llegan las refacciones que contradictorio si se supone que ya lo habían cambiado, según el lo cambio dos veces que raro y el dueño que no pone atención solo me robaron lo del flexor y el botón los cuales nunca funcionaron.
