★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy fue mi primera visita, las instalaciones son buenas el equipo está en excelente estado y el staff se preocupa mucho por el entrenamiento estando al pendiente de cada una de las personas presentes.
En cuanto a medidas de sana distancia y sanitización de los equipos todo parece excelente ya que llevan a cabo estás medidas de seguridad después de los entrenamientos y entre cada clase.
El ambiente es agradable y las demás personas que allí entrenan parecen ser cordiales, uno se siente en familia a pesar de no conocer a nadie y al mismo tiempo todo mundo se preocupa por apoyar a los nuevos
La rutina estuvo excelente escalonada para los diferentes niveles el seguimiento del coach uno a uno permite que cada quien lleve su ritmo.
Por último la zona de la cafetería ofrece alternativas saludables para acompañar los entrenamientos con la nutrición adecuada y este box cuenta con fisioterapeuta y nutrióloga independientes a las sesiones de crossfit
Today was my first visit, the facilities are good, the equipment is in excellent condition and the staff cares a lot about the training, being aware of each one of the people present.
Regarding measures of healthy distance and sanitization of the teams, everything seems excellent since they carry out these security measures after training and between each class.
The atmosphere is pleasant and the other people who train there seem to be cordial, one feels like a family despite not knowing anyone and at the same time everyone cares about supporting the new ones
The routine was excellent, staggered for the different levels, the follow-up of the coach one by one allows everyone to take their own rhythm.
Finally, the cafeteria area offers healthy alternatives to accompany training with adequate nutrition and this box has a physiotherapist and nutritionist independent of CrossFit sessions.
