Mande arreglar la pantalla de un Huawei Y8 rota y me lo regresaron con un problema del touch (toques fantasma en una zona específica) que jamás me había pasado al ser un teléfono con menos de 2 meses uso (ni siquiera cuando ya estaba roto de la pantalla).
Al devolverlo a la sucursal quedaron en "revisarlo en 4 días" : estuve 10 días preguntando porque nadie me decía nada y cuando les preguntaba ni siquiera sabían decirme en qué estado estaba el teléfono. Al final atribuyeron el problema a la caída y no resolvieron el problema que ellos provocaron.
Lo mandé arreglar con otra persona y además de cambiarme la pantalla solucionó el problema del tocuh: resultó que fue desde la mala instalación de la pantalla hasta el tipo de pegamento.
Unfortunately it was not what I expected.
I had the screen of a broken Huawei Y8 fixed and they returned it to me with a touch problem (ghost touches in a specific area) that had never happened to me since it was a phone with less than 2 months of use (not even when it was already broken from the screen).
When they returned it to the branch, they agreed to "check it in 4 days": I spent 10 days asking why nobody told me anything and when I asked them they didn't even know how to tell me what state the phone was in. In the end they attributed the problem to the fall and did not solve the problem that they caused.
I had it fixed with another person and in addition to changing the screen it solved the problem of the tocuh: it turned out that it was from the bad installation of the screen to the type of glue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a revisión un celular, me cobraron $200 para hacer una revisión, y cuando fuí a ver si ya tenían el diagnóstico, me comentaron que necesitaban quitar la pantalla para poder hacer la revisión, pero corría el riesgo de que se dañará y en ese caso no se hacían responsables. No acepte y entonces no le hicieron NADA y no me regresaron lo que pague. ?
