The saleswoman does her job well but she is rude and her prices are slightly expensive, I repair a cell phone but she did not provide me with information regarding the repair procedure I would carry out on my equipment (I fix it and don't ask me).

Lleve mi celular para cambio de pantalla y por un fallo que se dio al momento de quitarla mi teléfono no reconocía el rayito de carga que indica que el teléfono estaba cargando. En ese momento me mencionaron lo que había pasado y estaba desesperada por que ya llevaba tres días sin celular así que ellos mientras solucionaban el problema me dieron un teléfono parecido al mío para que la espera no se hiciera tan larga; aparte de eso compraron las refacciones nuevas para que mi teléfono quedara funcionando al 100% al mismo precio que me dijeron desde el inicio. Reconozco la responsabilidad por que otro solo se hubiera lavado las manos. Gracias Celuflex. Estoy muy satisfecha!
I feel very satisfied with Celuflex! I want to rescue the responsibility and the commitment that they had with me. I took my cell phone to change the screen and due to a failure that occurred when I removed it, my phone did not recognize the charging light that indicates that the phone was charging. At that time they mentioned to me what had happened and I was desperate because I had been without a cell phone for three days, so while they solved the problem they gave me a phone similar to mine so that the wait would not be so long; Apart from that, they bought the new parts so that my phone would work 100% at the same price that they told me from the beginning. I acknowledge the responsibility that another would have only washed his hands. Thank you Cellflex. I am very satisfied!
