★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden horrible. Pides una cotización o un aproximado de cuánto te cuesta arreglar tu teléfono, obvio para ir preparado con la cantidad . Pero solo te dicen que no saben cuánto sale, que hasta que lo lleves -.-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a cambiar la batería de mi celular. Como no consiguieron una batería genérica nueva, me colocaron una seminueva cuando yo pagué por una genérica nueva. Aclaré que requería que funcionara ya que yo no vivo en Querétaro y no puedo estar regresando.La batería finalmente falló después de 15 días y mi celular no prende. Hablé para que me hicieran el cambio y me quieren cobrar la colocación cuando desde un principio yo aclaré que quería una batería que funcionara y NUEVA NO SEMINUEVA. NO ES FIABLE. Al expresar que no es por lo que yo pagué me colgaron la llamada. CUIDADO! no regalen su dinero a personas sin escrúpulos ni ética.
I went to change the battery in my cell phone. Since they didn't get a new generic battery, they placed a new one for me when I paid for a new generic one. I clarified that it required it to work since I do not live in Querétaro and I cannot be returning. The battery finally failed after 15 days and my cell phone does not turn on. I spoke to them to make the change and they want to charge me for the placement when from the beginning I clarified that I wanted a battery that worked and NEW NOT SEMINUEVA. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. In expressing that it is not what I paid, they hung up on me. WATCH OUT! Don't give your money away to unscrupulous or unethical people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hombre atiende de mala gana, se me hace muy chistoso su servicio al cliente... Se le olvida que pagamos por un servicio. Llevé un celular para arreglar centro de carga y me puso una pieza que no le servia el micrófono. Al regresar me dice: "el micro está muy lejos de la pieza que yo le cambié" y era una sola pieza, solo que él me puso una defectuosa ?... Cómo vi que tiene un carácter medio especial el señor, yo solo me quedé viendo, luego me dice, "traigalo y se le cambió de nuevo". La primera vez me pidió que dejara el teléfono para entregar un día a otro, la segunda vez ni siquiera me tuve que retirar, curiosamente fue un cambio rápido... curiosito el servicio que da, obvio nada recomendable. Con la respuesta que da el dueño a esta reseña, confirma mi comentario. Gracias por confirmar y no TRATE de ser amable... Solo sea!
The man attends reluctantly, I find his customer service very funny ... He forgets that we pay for a service. I took a cell phone to fix the charging center and he put a piece on me that the microphone didn't work for him. When he returned he told me: "the mike is very far from the part that I changed" and it was a single part, only he put a defective one on me ? ... How did I see that the man has a somewhat special character, I just I kept watching, then he said, "bring it in and it will be changed again." The first time he asked me to leave the phone to deliver one day to the next, the second time I didn't even have to leave, curiously it was a quick change ... I'm curious about the service it gives, obviously nothing recommended. With the response that the owner gives to this review, he confirms my comment. Thanks for confirming and don't TRY to be nice ... Just be!

He acudido aquí para trabajos en donde la mayoría no quiere recibir mis equipos por dificultad y la mayoría de las ocasiones él me lo acepta y me regresa el equipo totalmente reparado en tiempo y forma.
Aparte de la amabilidad, el precio es totalmente justo por el buen trabajo que realiza.
Si quieren un lugar confiable en cualquier aspecto, este es el que yo siempre recomiendo.
Fully recommended, honesty, excellent work, clean and fast.
I have come here for jobs where the majority do not want to receive my equipment due to difficulty and most of the times he accepts it and returns the fully repaired equipment in due time and form.
Aside from the friendliness, the price is totally fair for the good job it does.
If you want a reliable place in any aspect, this is the one that I always recommend.

El señor atiende con GRITOS, GROSERÍAS, MALA GANA, finalmente, cuelga el teléfono. Ahhhh pero bien que cobró.
NO ACUDAN POR FAVOR CON ÉL.
Gente así no debería trabajar tratando con gente. Que se consiga un trabajo solo, donde su "ESTRÉS" (pretexto que me puso) no sea pretexto para gritonear al cliente.
Y encima llama mentirosa a la gente. Basta con ver cómo contesta aquí para saber qué tipo de gente es, con nada de educación. Sus respuestas hablan por sí mismas.
Y sigue y sigue contestando.... demostrando cero educación.
NO PEDÍ QUITAR REPORTE DE ROBO, aclaro. Pedí liberación, se hizo, a regañadientes y groserías, finalmente, me mandó comprobante.
Gracias por cambiar su respuesta, mostrando ya un poquito más de educación. Eso cambia todo.

PLEASE DO NOT COME WITH HIM.
People like that shouldn't work dealing with people. That he gets a job alone, where his "STRESS" (he gave me an excuse) is not an excuse to yell at the client.
And on top of that, he calls people a liar. Just see how he answers here to know what kind of people he is, with no education. Your answers speak for themselves.
And it goes on and on answering ... proving zero education.
I DID NOT ASK TO REMOVE THE THEFT REPORT, I clarify. I asked for release, it was done, reluctantly and rudely, finally, he sent me proof.
