★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en sí, refiriéndome ÚNICAMENTE A LA AMABILIDAD, fue bueno. Mi queja, es porque nos vendieron un equipo que falla una y otra y otra y OTRA VEZ!! Le expliqué CLARAMENTE a la vendedora, lo que necesitábamos y con las características que necesitábamos (no soy muy hábil con la tecnología y el celular es para mi Madre, que es adulto mayor y entiende MENOS que yo). Ya fuimos CINCO veces a diferentes CAC’s y no logran repararlo y la vendedora , junto con el resto del personal, sólo se encogen de hombros y dicen que vayamos al Centro de Atención a Clientes OTRA VEZ, se niegan a cambiar el equipo so pretexto de que ya se le puso mica y que ya se usó, cuando DESDE EL PRIMER DÍA TUVO FALLOS!!! LLEVAMOS MENOS DE UN MES CON EL EQUIPO!!! PÉSIMO!!! PÉSIMO LUGAR!!!!!
The service itself, referring ONLY TO KINDNESS, was good. My complaint is because they sold us a team that fails over and over and over and AGAIN !! I CLEARLY explained to the saleswoman, what we needed and with the characteristics we needed (I am not very skilled with technology and the cell phone is for my Mother, who is an older adult and understands LESS than me). We have already been FIVE times to different CAC's and they cannot repair it and the salesperson, along with the rest of the staff, just shrug our shoulders and say to go to the Customer Service Center AGAIN, they refuse to change the equipment under the pretext that Mica was already put on him and it was already used, when FROM THE FIRST DAY IT HAD FAULTS !!! WE HAVE LESS THAN A MONTH WITH THE TEAM !!! APPALLING!!! AWFUL PLACE !!!!!
