★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo 10 días pidiendo que me manden una factura y es día que no me la mandan y tampoco los estudios realizados a mi gatita, tanto sucursal Del Valle como narvarte he tenido que marcar casi a diario. Dudo mucho que regrese.
I have been asking for 10 days to send me an invoice and it is the day that they do not send it to me and neither do the studies carried out on my kitten, both Del Valle and Narvarte branches I have had to dial almost daily. I highly doubt he will return.

Good attention and clear explanations about the ailments and problems of our kittens, a service that may seem like a high cost but the services that only a few hospitals can provide in CDMX and possibly at the RM level

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice una cita para su campaña de esterilizacion gratuita y primero tenían que valorar a mi gatito, la cita la hice en la clínica del valle y se los mencioné me comentaron en la llamada que en la cita me daban
Seguimiento, llegue al hospital veterinario del valle y me comentaron que la cita si fue con ellos pero la esterilización con cemegatos, todo estuvo bien en la consulta pero cuando llame a cemegatos para el seguimiento me comentaron que no era válida la cita ni el cupón y que tenía que volver a agendar cita y luego esterilizacion muy mal servicio.
Me lo hubieran mencionado pero no dijeron nada.

Follow-up, I arrived at the valley veterinary hospital and they told me that the appointment was with them but the sterilization with cemegatos, everything was fine in the consultation but when I called cemegatos for the follow-up they told me that the appointment and the coupon were not valid and that I had to reschedule an appointment and then sterilization very bad service.
They would have mentioned it to me but they didn't say anything.

Atendieron excelente a mi minino, sigue en proceso de diagnóstico pero al día de hoy lo veo muy bien. Estoy segura que le atenderán bien la siguiente cita. La doctora fue muy profesional al explicarme y atendiendo a mi gatito.
They attended me at the time of my appointment, all very kind and attentive to fill out the relevant documents. They took excellent care of my kitty, he is still in the process of diagnosis but to this day I see him very well. I'm sure they will serve you well at your next appointment. The doctor was very professional when explaining to me and taking care of my kitten.
