Los lugareños acuden en mayor número durante la celebraciones de los fieles difuntos y el día de muertos. Cuenta con su propia capilla, baños públicos y piletas con agua. Una de las costumbres, como es común en el Estado de México, es llevar el ataúd de la casa a la iglesia, cargado en hombros de amigos y familiares del fallecido, acompañado de música regional, en un recorrido por las calles hasta el cementerio, donde descansan los restos.
