★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, recuerdo que no eran así, esperé pensando que era el mejor CEMEX, ahora se tardan más de una semana para ofrecer el servicio de concreto y llegando la fecha dicen una hora y nada más de 4 horas después...
 Terrible service, I remember that they were not like that, I waited thinking that it was the best CEMEX, now it takes more than a week to offer the concrete service and arriving on the date they say an hour and nothing more than 4 hours later ...

ME PRESENTE A LAS OFICINAS AL DIA SIGUIENTE PARA PRESENTAR MIS QUEJAS SOBRE EL SERVICIO Y NI SIQUIERA DAN LA CARA SE EXCUSAN QUE ESTAN EN JUNTAS Y TODO LO QUIEREN ARREGLAR POR TELÉFONO O MANDAN A LA RECEPCIONISTA PARA ESCUDARSE DETRAS DE ELLA DICIENDO QUE NO ESTAN ESE DÍA QUE NO TE PUEDEN ATENDER.
INGENIEROS ARQUITECTOS DENLE LA OPORTUNIDAD A OTRAS COMPAÑÍAS QUE SE RESPONSABILICEN DE SUS ACCIONES Y NO CONFIEN SOLO POR EL RENOMBRE DE ESTA EMPRESA YA QUE LO QUE PROMETE NO LO CUMPLE.
ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES WHEN TRUSTING AND HIRING ONE OF THE WORLD COMPANIES LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PROGRAMMING AND DELIVERY OF THE CONCRETE I HAD A PROGRAMMING OF PUMPING AND PREMIXED CONCRETE FOR 9:00 AM I CHANGED IT THE SAME DAY FOR 1:00 PM AND I RECEIVED IT AT 5:00 PM.
I PRESENT TO THE OFFICES NEXT DAY TO SUBMIT MY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SERVICE AND NOT EVEN IF THEY FACE THEY ARE EXCUSED THAT THEY ARE IN MEETINGS AND EVERYTHING THEY WANT TO FIX BY TELEPHONE OR THEY SEND THE RECEPTIONIST TO ESCUDE HER BEHIND IT SAYING THEY ARE NOT THAT DAY THAT CAN NOT BE ATTENDED
ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERS GIVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO OTHER COMPANIES THAT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND DO NOT TRUST ONLY FOR THE RENAME OF THIS COMPANY AND THAT WHAT IT PROMISES DOES NOT FULFILL IT.
