¿QUIÉNES SOMOS?
Somos una empresa líder en la elaboración de las tradicionales Cemitas poblanas, y nos caracterizamos por la calidad de nuestros productos, servicio e higiene. La cemita surgió de un largo proceso de fusión del bizcocho y la galleta hueca al cabo del periodo colonial y aparece como variedad única y con dicho nombre a mediados del siglo XIX en coincidencia con la consolidación de los talleres de cerámica de Talavera, la industria textil y la producción artesanal de vidrio en la región del Valle de Puebla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las cemitas son clásicas de Puebla y especialmente las del mercado del Carmen, con porciones abundantes al prepararlas y las verduritas a la vinagreta que te ofrecen para acompañarlas, con muchas opciones a elegir, desafortunadamente ésa sucursal no ofrece lo mismo, el pan estaba muy seco, la porción de ingredientes fue muy poca, por lo tanto fue más pan que relleno, nada comparado con las clásicas cemitas del mercado del Carmen, no me gustó

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las cemitas son de las pocas opciones que tienes para comer algo mientras recorres los museos. El personal al es amable y atento por lo que si tienes hambre es recomendable que compres aquí, sin embargo el sabor de las cemitas no es muy bueno, son muy secas y no tienen todos los insumos para poder preparar las distintas cemitas que ofrecen.
The cemitas are one of the few options you have to eat something while visiting the museums. The staff is friendly and attentive so if you are hungry it is recommended that you buy here, however the flavor of the cemitas is not very good, they are very dry and do not have all the inputs to prepare the different cemites they offer.
