Personalmente siento que han perdido el toque, pero, no dejan de ser una buena opción para degustar de un platillo poblano delicioso. No hay estacionamiento afuera del local, solo hay uno privado enfrente del local. The cemitas have a long tradition in the city and surroundings. They used to be a mandatory stop for tourists before the pandemic. Personally, I feel that they have lost their touch, but they are still a good option to enjoy a delicious dish from Puebla. There is no parking outside the premises, there is only a private one in front of the premises.

No hay un lugar visible sobre el menú, sabes que comprarás cemitas pero rápidamente se les acaban los ingredientes y no hay disponible de todas las que debían ofrecer. El personal que está haciéndolas y que también entrega a los que compran para llevar es muy malo. Te hacen formarte pero ni siquiera te preguntan los ingredientes específicos que quieres. Well, the cemitas are good but the attention is lousy. There is no visible place on the menu, you know you will buy cemitas but they quickly run out of ingredients and not all of the ones they should offer are available. The staff that is making them and also delivering to those who buy to go is very bad. They make you train but they don't even ask you the specific ingredients you want.
