★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cemitas Poblanos caught me by surprise. I took its photo, thinking that possibly the store people, instead of cemitas meant semillas. It was hot. I may have been having a sun stroke. But no matter, I'm glad I took this photo, which I've uploaded here, for cemitas, I find, means white bread rolls. And better, the term cemita is used in a saying: a falta de pan buenas son cemitas. This expression somehow translates to: poor folk are glad for porridge.
As Martin Heidegger once told me, your first impulses may be corrupt. Think, think about it all again. Or something like that. It was a long time ago. So here you go. Cemitas.
