Que triste que la gente que no conoce la gastronomía poblana piense que en serio es así, cuando es totalmente diferente y mucho mejor que lo que ofrecen ustedes. Esta es la primera y última vez que los visito, me fui con un mal sabor de boca. Y definitivamente no los recomiendo. La carne es mala y no tiene nada que ver con los tacos clásicos de Puebla, como los de La Oriental. Las salsas y condimentos no son frescos y como refrigeran todo sin tapa, tiene un aroma impregnado a cebolla. A diferencia de otros lugares donde hay un trompo de donde se saca la carne recién cocinada, aquí sale de un recipiente del refeigerador. En su carta ofrecen otros platillos como “molotes” pero sólo sobre pedidos de tamaño industrial. Un sitio que no se puede recomendar para nada.
