Watch for spice hot chilies, and green leaves: papalo(Porophyllum ruderale) leaves are tasty but also a heavy weight seasoning. breaded pork steak and oven roasted thigh are the tastieest cemitas. abit pricey but get your money worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place shows some of the authentic Puebla Food. I just try the Cemita and it's truly good. Nice preparation and good quality ingredients, maybe would need some salt, but even the Chipotle are good, sweet and not to spicy. Good place to taste some local flavors.
