Los contacte para cotizar la renta de equipo por varios días y después de darme la cotización (y antes de yo decir que sí iba a querer la renta) me mandaron un mensaje de voz diciéndome que no me rentarian por que yo era una tal Katerin del Toro que estaba estafando gente. Les pedí que no fueran groseros conmigo por que yo no era esa persona y que no afirmaran algo que no era cierto y solo me bloquearon. Entiendo que haya desconfianza y que tienen derecho a no rentar pero no tenian derecho a tratarme como si yo fuera una estafadora y mucho menos a afirmar que soy esa persona que comenté.
Terrible customer service. I contacted them to quote the rental of equipment for several days and after giving me the quote (and before I said that I was going to want the rent) they sent me a voice message telling me that they would not rent me because I was a certain Katerin from Toro who was scamming people. I asked them not to be rude to me because I was not that person and not to affirm something that was not true and they just blocked me. I understand that there is mistrust and that they have the right not to rent but they did not have the right to treat me as if I were a scammer, much less to affirm that I am that person I mentioned.

Les expliqué lo que tenía en mente para un evento privado con mi familia y no solo me recomendaron gear que pudiera entender, sino que funcionó de maravilla y además me dieron recomendaciones para sacarle el mejor provecho. Ya tienen una clienta para cualquier otro proyecto que se me cruce.
This is the best place to rent your audiovisual equipment that I could find. I explained to them what I had in mind for a private event with my family and they not only recommended gear that I could understand, but it worked great and they also gave me recommendations to get the most out of it. They already have a client for any other project that comes my way.
