★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a rainy nite, I walked by and the diner like appearance drew me in. Comfort Mexican food at it's best. A whole lotta love, time and experience go into their recipes. Sometimes, even though I thought I knew what was coming, the flavor explosion was a surprise. Do NOT judge this book by its cover. Plus, Mama's homemade house sauce will knock your socks off. I couldn't finish my whole meal, but took it to go. They gave me more of the sides as well and the service/price can't be beat. Definitely one of my top 5 favorite meals in PVR so far.

We have had Flan, throughout the whole Puerto Vallarta area--- This Flan is No doubt the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very popular local Mexican food spot. I’d say it is worth the wait though! We had the Pozole (pork) and the enchiladas. Both very good. I wouldn’t say it’s the best food in town but it’s definitely better than others. Oh and the horchata was delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the chicken plate and posole. It was a good traditional Mexican place but the taste was not the best for me I’ve had other spots in Vallarta with better traditional food. I’ll be giving it a second chance later on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is amazing. The pozole, the enchiladas, the tostadas, and the sopes were so mouth-watering and delicious. I’d come back here again! My partner and I loved it! It was recommended by a friend of ours and I’d say the food was so authentically good!
