Entre 10 y 15 minutos para tomarnos la orden, y de 30 a 50 minutos para servir la comida. EXPERIENCIA basada en TRES VISITAS. Cuentan con 18 mesas (para 4 personas c/u) de las cuales solamente 4 a 6 tienen comida servida (muestreo realizado cada 20 minutos), o sea que solamente de un 22 a un 33% de los comensales se encuentran comiendo al mismo tiempo. Esto me indica que su CUELLO DE BOTELLA (sumamente estrecho) se encuentra en la COCINA, posiblemente necesiten más personal para preparar la comida. Siempre tienen en espera de 10 a 30 personas. LÁSTIMA la tardanza del servicio porque la comida es MUY BUENA. Pero como dice el dicho "casi nadie está preparado para su éxito". AWFUL handling of TIMES. 15 to 40 minute wait to get to a table.
