Sin duda mis favoritos son la cecina ligeramente frita y preparada (no he probado una igual), los taquitos de sesos (con un crujiente muy ligero) y las quesadillas hechas con maíz quebrado. También hay pozole, gorditas, cueritos, patitas y si tienes suerte también tamales.
Hágame caso y vaya a cenar.
A delicious dinner, cheap and with various options. Without a doubt, my favorites are the lightly fried and prepared jerky (I have not tried one like it), the brain taquitos (with a very light crunch) and the quesadillas made with broken corn. There are also pozole, gorditas, cueritos, patitas and if you are lucky there are also tamales.
Take my advice and go to dinner.
