Pero en mi ultima visita, llegue con mi familia (6 personas) y ordenamos la cena, esperamos alresedor de 40 a 45 minutos para decirnos que ya no tenian carne deshebrada para los sopes que ordenamos, cancele la orden completa pues tambien habia ordenado dos pozoles y demas cosas. Me pareció muy mal que dejaran pasar casi una hora para descifrar que no alcanzarian a realizar nuestra orden como habia sido pedida. Si no te preocupa perder tu tiempo, paciencia y que tu familia se desespere, la comida esta rica, la atencion a cliente espantosa.
They sell good pozole, sopes and taquitos. But on my last visit, I arrived with my family (6 people) and we ordered dinner, we waited around 40 to 45 minutes to be told that they no longer had shredded meat for the sopes we ordered, I canceled the entire order because I had also ordered two pozoles And other things. It seemed very bad to me that they let almost an hour pass to figure out that they would not be able to carry out our order as requested. If you are not worried about wasting your time, patience and your family getting desperate, the food is delicious, the customer service is horrible.
