★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatales tienen un servicio pésimo! la actitud de la persona de recepción es nefasto, empezando porque estas pidiendo información y te cuelgan, vuelves a marcar y te desvían las llamadas, marcas de nuevo y no te contestan. De verdad que si desde el inicio la actitud en algo tan simple es tan mala, me quitaron las intenciones de hacerme algo con ellos.
Fatal they have lousy service! The attitude of the person at the reception is disastrous, starting because you are asking for information and they hang up on you, you redial and your calls are diverted, you dial again and they do not answer you. Really, if from the beginning the attitude in something so simple is so bad, they took away my intentions to do something with them.

Los tratamientos son muy buenos pero sobre todo el personal es muy amable, atento y profesional, creo que lo más importante en estos tiempos es encontrar un lugar donde la atención sea excelente y puedo decirlo con toda seguridad que en este establecimiento así es. :)
