Marcas al número 800 y no saben dar información, no ayudan, se que es su chamba de callcenter, pero deberían brindarles más herramientas para que puedan ayudar a los postulantes que se inscriben por su propia cuenta y no van de alguna instrucción.
 They do not answer on the cdmx phone
They dial the 800 number and they don't know how to give information, they don't help, I know it's their callcenter job, but they should provide them with more tools so they can help applicants who sign up on their own and are not undergoing any instruction.
