Excellent quiet place to go swim and see the jungle. Very pretty, and we had the whole place to ourselves while we were there. It was 50 pesos a person and there are steps. No real restroom so expect it to be rustic. This hidden gem is a great place to go to if you get the chance. You will want a vehicle with good ground clearance and for it to not have rained recently. The path to the cenote is a long rocky dirt road.

Great new cenote to visit, 35min drive from zona hotelera.. clear blue water. Nice guy attending, $150 for Nationals $200 foreigner includes safety vest. Is just got a weird dirt entry since they still need more work on signs and parking, you have to drive very slow

Hidden Gem! Absolutely breath taking! Best Cenote I have visited thus far. Not overwhelmingly packed, great for first timers and families. Untainted by commercialism! A must see for sure! Off a dirt road so make sure to pay attention to the signs. Gener is an excellent host, welcoming and hospitable! Bring food and snacks! I can't say enough good things. The restroom was nice and clean. The walkways are clear. It's an amazing place! Almost virgin! **Please make sure you take care of this place. Pick up after yourself.

Shaded, a little on the cool side for a January swim but we were the only ones there. There's a rope for doing a Tarzan swing over the water but they male Americans wear life jackets. Cave like overhang was interesting as was hearing the bats just down from the swimming area echo locating. Water was clear, deep & cool. Admission $10 USD or 200 pesos. Watch closely for signs.

As a Cancun tourist coming here in a Taxi, we were very uncertain! The staff workers had never heard of it and told us we'd need to take the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The taxi driver was hesitant and said he'd never been there or heard anything about it. I was honestly worried we were going to get there and have it be a dead end! It actually is at this location thankfully! It's off a main road, then off a gravel road, then a shorter stretch off a trail-like road that was as near like off-roading as a road gets! We took a taxi and the driver charged us $70USD to take us there, stay with us and drive us back. The driver had never been there before and absolutely loved it. He showed us all the videos he took while waiting and mentioned he'd be bringing his wife there soon! The prices are $100 pesos for local residents, $150 for Mexican guests, $200 for tourists/foreigners and $50 pesos for children. They require life jackets to be worn, but have plenty for children and adults. At the time (March 2022) they only had one life jacket for an infant and it wasn't in good shape so if you are bringing a baby, I'd bring your own. This was an incredible experience and a beautiful, clean and local Cenote that the whole family can enjoy. We spent around 2hrs in total here. It's not for those who are handicapped, there are lots of stairs and the wood platform at the bottom is a bit rickety. You also need some strength to get yourself out as the step is pretty steep out of the water. The water is a little chilly initially, but not uncomfortable. I wouldn't go here on a day with strong winds or a very cold day personally as I don't think you'd be able to enjoy it as much. There are some areas you can sit down, but not many. You can bring food along and enjoy a meal here too, but just note that they don't have any shops or food to purchase there. This Cenote is very deep, going down 55 meters and though the water is clear for the first 15ft or so, wherever it's deeper it is not possible to see as the light doesn't Illuminate beyond that. If I could offer any constructive feedback, I'd say to start a Facebook page or even a website with some clearer instructions on how to find it so people feel more confident driving to this random location! Add larger/clearer signs at turns on the roads, repair the wooden base for safety and practicality reasons (add another step to the bottom that is currently missing), get at least 1-2 life jackets for 15-30lb infants, have some water, beverages or snacks to sell, and consider changing the name or adding to it to reduce confusion. There is a 'Cenote Azul' in Playa del Carmen that also comes up and it's not that far away. The taxi driver initially had Maps begin navigating there. And lastly, get that last stretch of road flattened more! Overall, great experience! I loved the Cenote and would visit again! It was close nearby, it was clean, it was so beautiful and I would totally recommend this place to anyone visiting Cancun or living in Cancun.

Very nice and private place. There should be more signs how to get there, but once you are there you have whole cenote almost to yourself. There is nice rope to jump into water. There is not much infrastructure and it costs quite much, 200 pesos per person, but still was worth it.

Best place to go! Cenote is clean and deep. Cost $200 pesos all in. Super friendly staff, also they borrowed me a motorcycle to ride around on off-road!

Very quiet cenote when we visited there. Not sure whether because we came about 2pm or people are not coming because busy partying in Cancun. Located about 30 minutes from beach drive. Entrance fee is 120 pesos per person.
