There is no doubt that it is an incredible cenote. Ideal to have a splash. It has a zip line, a place to eat and a cabin type. It is without a doubt a place to visit.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!
We had to be charged just for entering the car without getting into the "cenote" since it looks more like a lake, the water looked dirty, I do not recommend it at all.
If you are looking for a good place, clean, beautiful and with more honest services, I totally recommend going to the cenote 7 bocas.

It is a large open cenote, you can swim very well. Although the water is a bit cloudy from afar, since you are in the water you can see fish and even turtles. The water is warm perhaps because the sun hits it. Since you cannot use sunscreen, I recommend wearing caps or hats to avoid sunbathing.
I only give it 4 stars since the dressing rooms need maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATV, zipline, and cenote can be found here. This is not a huge "tourist trap" but a smaller operation with a more individual experience. My wife wanted to do the zipline but my teenage daughter was hesitant. The one-to-one attention made it so my daughter felt comfortable. If you want really high or dozens of different runs this is not the place. If you want to try zipline for the first time in a jungle setting without the need for roller-coaster heights and speeds, this is a great choice. They have 7 runs and 1 sky bridge that are about 30' high or less.
As for ATVs they have mainly wide roads but a section through the jungle as well that is barely wider than the ATV. My wife, a first time ATV driver was fine. It had rained earlier in the day and we had fun flying through the huge puddles.
The cenote was not underground like several others we had seen. It was more like a pond on the day we were there. But they had 2 zipline towers (1 line with towers on each end). We were using 1 side the day we were there. They also have a rope bridge.
They also have a beautiful hut near the cenote and the path from the road to the cenote was fairly easy. (I have a bad leg making it difficult to walk stairs and uneven ground and I was able to walk it.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a amazing scenery! The water is warm all year long, and it's a very chill place. Hospitality was excellent, young guy Hilberto was very attentive. The restroom are typical outside vicinity, the changing rooms are a little revealing with a shower curtain, and disappointed nothing to eat other than a quesadilla... I would still recommend it for families, but bring back up snacks.
