This is a great place to swim in a Cenote. The water was cool and refreshing. Make sure to have a life jacket before jumping in the they rent for cheap here.

Amazing experience. Very organized staff but can be expensive to eat and drink here. I'm not sure about the overnight accommodations.

It was just a nice experience to swim in a real life sink hole! We went with the tour operator from our hotel and they gave us a nice day out and an amazing lunch. The stairs down to the cenote is a bit treacherous so hang on to the rails for dear life. Not suitable for people with walking difficulty.

BEWARE!!! Beautiful cenote, they have jumping platforms abd ropes for people to float across the water. The premises are beautiful with arches, handicrafts and tequila stores. There is the Selva Maya restaurant within it as well. BUT BEWARE!!!!!!! Your personal belongings will get stolen. We didn't go to the cenote pool so we were just clicking pictures. The guard doesn't allow bags beyond a point and it's like a fork, so you have no option but to leave bag unattended. This is when someone actually steals stuff out of the bag. I got my stolen wallet later from their lost and found section (very helpful and organized) but without the cash.

Great place to go for tourists. Picturesque and great for swimming in fresh water. Everyone gets life jackets and there is lifeguards on hand to help.

Cenote Saamal is a beautiful time. They have a photographer ready for you should you want some professional photos. There are a few bars and restaurants there as well. It's about 80 pesos life vest and locker key. I saw many people there with water cases for their phones so that they could take their photos. Roberto Orozco (Cenote Photographer) took these amazing photos for me.

The Cenote was created by natural forces. You can go down for a swim or dive in the sinkhole. Water is very clean and clear. A MUST to shower before getting in the water to avoid contamination. It's a fun place to be. At the restaurant you can enjoy the large variety of the typical Mexican cuisine dishes they have there.

Amazing place. You need to pay 40 pesos for the life jacket. A beautiful place. There is a swing rope you can use to jump into the water.
