This was my first cenote, so I don't know what other places are like, but Zapote is incredible. We rented bicycles and saw 4 cenotes in this park ... 2 open and 2 in caves. The water is crystal clear. The facilities are immaculate. Our guide, Sebastián, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and fun. We felt safe and everyone enjoyed themselves very much. There are lockers for your belongings. Highly recommended.

My family took the ATV tour that brings you to 4 different cenotes (2 of which are caves). It was a great experience overall and lunch afterwards was delicious. Just be prepared: the water is cold!

Sebastian was our guide, amazing guy and had a great time. The cenotes were beautiful, bikes in good shape, and the scenery was beautiful. Our group of 4 enjoyed the entire experience and I can’t say enough about the guide. He even let one of our guys use his shoes when his sandals broke. The authentic tequila was good also!

If you are tired of huge and crowded Valladolid's cenotes, rent a car from Cancún and drive to this natural park, in the middle of the jungle. You have many choices, including a tour with guides explaining the history and topography of the surroundings. With some luck you will catch a sight of some monkeys or hummingbirds. There are four differents cenotes, each one with a distinctive feature - a big hole, a wide green lake, and two caverns, one closed and one with a nice opening where sunrays will bath you. The outside ones are warm - you even get to have fun with the zipline - but the undergrounds waters are colder and clearer. This place is perfect to go with kids, you will only have to count 2 or 3 hours to go around !

We totally enjoyed our visit today to Zapote. Sebastian our guide was knowledgeable, super attention to all our questions, and overly helpful. Ladona and Charlie took photos of us and captured some super active moments we would not have gotten while we were swimming and being adventures. We would return. We did the cenote tour and it took four hours. We took a taxi out from Peurto Morelos and we could have kept our taxi while there to take us between cenotes as they are spread out. However, the staff moved us from cenote to cenote by golf cart...which was fun. Really nice and clean bath rooms!!!

This is an excellent location. I just wish they actually had snorkeling to see the reef and cool fish. Also, the driver arrived 30 minutes late to the hotel and we drove an hour and 40 minutes before we got there. We were able to go ziplining, jump off a cliff into blue water, swim in underground caves, and zipline into the water. The complimentary tacos were splendid. We purchased the photos at the end for more than 100 photos $80 dollars. I would go again if I had the chance.

I thoroughly enjoyed this place!! The scenery, the history, and the adventures. My wife and I went not knowing what we got ourselves into. We enjoyed each fresh water cenote. My wife is afraid of heights but at each zip line they encouraged her to go, not forced but heavily encouraged her. It was great! We’ll definitely return when we bring our family to Cancun. We got the picture package at the end and it had some GREAT photos and videos in it from our time there. Let me not forget the amazing traditional lunch at the end. GREAT PLACE! In the second picture is Juan. Best guide ever!!

AMAZING place!!! We bought the “Chaka Tour Reservation” & We had so much fun exploring all 4 cenotes (even with a 1.5 year old baby). We went later in the day and it was not crowded at all. I was a little worried about our baby at first, but they have small life jackets and the dock is perfect for small ones to hang out and splash around (with supervision, of course). Ricardo (last pic) was our tour guide and he was phenomenal!!! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Even offered to hang out with our daughter so we can swim out. He was very kind and attentive. We loved this place and can’t wait to go back!!!
