Si llegas a tener un "ascenso" te tienes que esperar entre 6 meses o un año para que te aumenten el sueldo entre 150-450 pesos QUINCENAL cuando en cualquier otro call center que OJO tambien son en español es un aumento de 500 o 1000 pesos y de manera SEMANAL. A pesar de ser una empresa con más de 10 años le falta mucha mejora sobre todo en atender los "puestos" administrativos dentro del área de operación. Se los dice una persona que trabajo ahí y ha hecho la comparación con otros call centers. Espero les sirva mi más sincero y certero punto de vista. No dan prestaciones de ley, NO TE DAN BREAK, no comisiones y te exigen ventas, si no cumples con el porcentaje de ventas que te piden te descuentan. Sólo dan 3 minutos para ir al baño y si te pasas te levantan acta. No lo recomiendo, gracias por leer. Por cierto es de Telcel.
