★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque es para atención de animales, mascotas o no, sería deseable que se mantuviera en mejores condiciones de limpieza, que aunque no está muy mal, si puede estar mejor. Es deseable una sala de espera (que no tienen) y un espacio para revisión primera y valoración). El servicio es Rápido y me pareció bastante atinado y eficiente. Los costos son adecuados pero agradecería mejoren sus procedimientos de Recepción y Atención al Cliente para explicar profesional o técnicamente lo suficiente para que nos permitan saber el estatus de la salud y bienestar de nuestras mascotas o animales que se traten. Por favor, consideren lo aquí dicho también como Aportaciones para mejora y áreas de oportunidad. Regresaré nuevamente con ellos para atender a mis mascotas. Lo Recomiendo.
Although it is for the attention of animals, pets or not, it would be desirable for it to remain in better cleaning conditions, which although it is not very bad, if it can be better. A waiting room (which they do not have) and a space for first review and assessment is desirable. The service is fast and I found it quite accurate and efficient. The costs are adequate but I would appreciate improving your Reception and Customer Service procedures to explain professionally or technically enough to allow us to know the health and welfare status of our pets or animals being treated. Please consider what has been said here also as Contributions for improvement and areas of opportunity. I will return with them again to attend to my pets. I recommend it.
