En este lugar tuve una operación que resultó un fracaso, tras una nueva intervención, solo fue a peor, obstrucción crónica de la fosa con dolores de cabeza recurrentes. Los 2 Otorrinos responsables al final me dijeron que no se podía hacer nada. No recomiendo este lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente, no me sirvió de nada la operación, quedé peor, y me cuesta mucho trabajo respirar al grado que afecta mi vida personal por las malas noches que paso. No culpo a Alejandro Giles ni a Luis Ortiz, al contrario, les agradezco el intento de mejorarme en una de sus visitas a CDMX desde Cuernavaca donde también hacen intervenciones. No volvería a ponerme en manos de ellos.
Definitely, the operation did not help me, I got worse, and I have a hard time breathing to the extent that it affects my personal life because of the bad nights that happened. I do not blame Alejandro Giles or Luis Ortiz, on the contrary, I thank them for trying to improve me in one of their visits to CDMX from Cuernavaca where they also make interventions. Llegamos a la cita con anticipación y llegando la hora de la consulta nos dicen que no nos van a poder atender porque estaba "trabajando". Se me hace una falta de respeto a nuestro tiempo que no avisen antes que no van a llegar a consulta. Uno deja de trabajar para asistir a la terapia y ellos quitados de la pena te cancelan ya que es la hora de cita. Jamas vuelvo a este lugar y mucho menos recomiendo a Juliana, cero profesional. Además no hay estacionamiento en la clínica.
We made an appointment with Dr. Juliana for speech therapy. We arrived at the appointment in advance and when it was time for the consultation they told us that they would not be able to attend us because he was "working". I disrespect our time that they do not notify before that they will not arrive for consultation. Also there is no parking at the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una experiencia realmente triste y desepcionante mu mamá y mis dos hermanas vinieron a consulta y con diferentes "especialistas " supuestamente a las tres las medicaron muy mal una de mis hermanas si tubo consecuencias NO lo recomiendo para nada si valoran su salud cuidado de este tipo de charlatanes que se obatentan como especialista sin tener un gramo de ética
A really sad and disappointing experience, my mom and my two sisters came for a consultation and with different "specialists" supposedly all three of them were medicated very badly by one of my sisters if it had consequences I do NOT recommend it at all if you value your health taking care of this type of charlatans who pretend to be specialists without having a gram of ethics
