★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios son elevados, claro si lo necesitas y no hallas otro lugar pues se paga, pero otro inconveniente es la atención en recepción, la persona de muy mal carácter, no te dejan acompañar a tu paciente, se les recuerda que es lugar particular, no te están regalando el servicio

Necesitábamos un EGO y para entregar la muestra, sólo entregar la muestra, nos pasaron por 3 personas hasta que pudimos entregarla.
Si a eso le sumamos que nos dijeron que entregaban los resultados en 48 horas... ¡48! Pues no es lo esperado. Cambiaron cuando les dijimos que habíamos llamado por teléfono para certificar que se entregaban los resultados en 3 o 4 horas. Al final, sí los entregan el mismo día.
El costo tampoco es un tema menor, es alto en general.

We needed an EGO and to deliver the sample, just deliver the sample, we were passed by 3 people until we could deliver it.
If we add to that they told us that they delivered the results in 48 hours ... 48! Well, it is not expected. They changed when we told them that we had phoned to certify that the results were delivered in 3 or 4 hours. In the end, they do deliver them the same day.
The cost is not a minor issue, it is high in general.
It is not what I was looking for.
