The place is pretty to look at. The bad thing is the attention of the waiters and employees of each place. We arrived and out of 3 waiters no one approached (a waitress spent her time sitting during my stay, a waiter attends to you who seems to be doing you a favor, if they don't like their job, don't rent them) I went to pick up my order at each establishment and in the sushi they put a face on me (they were playing on their cell phone). Some places do not have all the items on the menu and not all of them provide service. Dirty tables and some in poor condition, it doesn't hurt to touch up or give general maintenance. We will continue to give you the opportunity, we went last Saturday around 7pm, usually there is a waiting list, the tables are for 4 and if you go as a couple you still occupy a table of 4 there were 2 people before us we waited for about 15min. Many sign up but leave, many do not wait. The place is beautiful, now several of the same style are emerging. I like the possibility of satisfying everyone's craving. It would be good if they would place the physical or QR menus at the entrance to get an idea while waiting and not waste so much time when you sit down, nobody told us how the dynamics was, a waitress approached who indicated that she would bring us the letter then disappeared by 10 minutes or more and some establishments approached to leave the menu, finally the girl who attended us returned to bring us all the letters but it is a bit messy, you do not know that it is ordered directly with the establishment and that with the waiter ... .. In the end the waitress asked us again where we had ordered and what ..... ? ??? They charged us like 3 different accounts, in one they only accepted cash, in another with a card they charge commission, in another either charge with a card or cash without problem but it is very disorganized and time is wasted. We liked the ramen and we found it to be a good portion, the flour sparkle desserts I did not like, nor did the coffee (flan and cheese pie) the price is accessible and the portion is sufficient. Where they sell quesabirrias, very delicious, the meat broth is just as delicious, it would only give it a bad rating since they do not accept card payments.
