★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, o mejor dicho: no quieren trabajar. Tres veces me comunique con ellos para que realizarán un servicio, les envié todos los datos y nunca me respondieron. Volví a llamar, esta vez me contestó el Sr Alvarez y me pidió que le reenviara el email. Lo hice y nunca me respondió, Volví a llamar, hablé con él y logré que me cotizara, le envié todos nuestros datos para que emitieran la factura y así transferirles, y nunca más tuve noticias. Finalmente hice el servicio con otro transporte.
Terrible service, or rather: they do not want to work. Three times I communicated with them so that they would perform a service, I sent them all the data and they never answered me. I called again, this time Mr. Alvarez answered and asked me to resend the email. I did it and he never answered me, I called again, I spoke with him and I got him to quote me, I sent him all our data so that they would issue the invoice and thus transfer them, and I never heard from him again. Finally I did the service with another transport.
