Excellent place, with a disappointment because the coach Isaías is no longer there, but with the surprise that Angel (the new coach) is also very good, he makes the routine very dynamic, active and effective, the place is highly recommended!

Excellent place to train box, the atmosphere is very nice and the facilities (although small) are sufficient. The trainers I know (Isaías and Darío) are phenomenal, especially Isaías, who makes training time very dynamic and entertaining. I edited the rating because Isaías was recently terminated as a coach.

Incredible, a lot of physical work and good rhythm. It was my second class but I ended up dead. The service is good and nice. Facilities are small but sufficient and security protocols are in place at all times Complementing my review... I've been in central boxing for a year. I like it, but in one year they have fired three of their employees, two of them coaches. It has given me a feeling of instability, because adapting with a coach takes time. My experience has been tainted by this situation and that is why I am going to subtract one star.

I am going to modify the rating and the review, because I have come across something this morning that bothers me and worries me a lot. I arrived at Central Boxing under a strong depression and thanks to 2 trainers (Isaías and Dario) and Miss Nallely, I was able to find motivation to continue coming, they supported me to meet goals and gave me personalized attention, today I found out that another one was fired again member of the team, now the 3 people who promoted me have stopped working there due to layoffs, when I saw that they provided excellent service, not only technical support but also human support, that they cared about each assistant. It makes me very sad because they always encouraged putting on the shirt and created an atmosphere of friendship, respect and affection for Central Boxing. It worries me, because now I don't know who my coach will be when I return in a few days. The morning schedule will not be the same, and neither will my confidence in central boxing. I update my comment to 03/17/22, I have continued training, and the new coach (Ángel) is very good and excellent at motivating despite being somewhat young, in the month and days that I have been working with him I have seen how he has improved in Regarding the variety of exercises, in addition to knowing how to listen to his students well, because at the beginning it was a bit repetitive and after talking with him, he is varying the training and making it fun, that is very cool and he is really looking forward to it. In addition, Andry (in reception) also helps a lot to liven up the classes and is always attentive to anything that is needed. I will not remove my previous comment but I will raise the rating and I will continue coming to train, we'll see if in a few months I raise another point to return to 5 stars.

Central boxing is an excellent place to train. Our couch Isaís is very prepared, he makes each class dynamic and very entertaining, he works with each student to meet their objectives and above all motivates you. Super clean facilities and at the reception Andry takes your registration and payments super well. Without a doubt, it is a very good option if you want to start improving your lifestyle. ???

In my personal opinion, it is a good place to train, the atmosphere is very good, the facilities are perfect, the training sessions given by coach Ángel are powerful, thanks to that I have greatly improved my physical condition and my self-confidence has improved.

Excellent place to train even if you don't have experience, there it doesn't matter your age or your physical condition, there is always someone supporting you, teaching you and motivating you to achieve your goals, Professor Isaias, Dario and Andry at reception are excellent. They always give their best with very good treatment, friendly, cheerful and respectful. I recommend it to ????‍♀️ I have removed 2 stars since that is what is missing, the couch Isaias and Dario are no longer here, especially Isaias who always sought to motivate us to continue training.
