El primer punto que quiero destacar es la calidad de sus alimentos e ingredientes, a mi parecer tienen un excelente sabor que se disfruta hasta el punto de dejar un buen sabor de boca. En mi visita probé una chapata de carnes frías, una crepa salada tipo hawaiana, un capuchino sabor crema irlandesa y café americano; todo estaba riquísimo. El punto negativo, y el cuál me dejó una experiencia incompleta es lo confuso de su menu y sus precios, un engaño para los comensales. Si van a comer aquí o a tomar una bebida, pregunten por los ingredientes extra que no especifican en su menú y que te cobran al final, también pregunten por los precios reales y sus porciones. Por ejemplo, al final de todo lo que consumí pedí un agua que en el menú costaba quince pesos, y al final me cobraron 20 pesos argumentando que era de mayor porción cuando en el menú no había otras opciones. También pedí un crepa salada, en lo cual solo me dijeron que había tipo hawaiana, y accedí, pero nunca me dijeron que el queso y el jamón se cobrarán como ingredientes extra (cuando no viene en su menú), así que en la cuenta apareció crepa salada 50 pesos + jamón 15 + queso 15, dando un total de 80 pesos. Dicha crepa no tenía precio en el menú, pregunté y me dijeron que la salada valía 60 pesos (nunca me aclararon otra cosa) y al final cobraron, 80 pesos. Creo que tienen un menú engañoso, precios no claros y eso quita mucho en la experiencia y me hace perder la confianza en el establecimiento. Lo que si puedo garantizar es que la comida valió la pena, pero no se vale que tengan algunos productos sin precio en el menú, que tengan sin especificar que cobran cosas extra y que no cobren lo que dice como en el caso del agua. La señorita que nos atendió fue amable y se sintió apenada porque al parecer no es la primera vez que un cliente le hace observaciones de este tipo, pero sinceramente no creo que sea problema de ella cuando quien opera el lugar no se preocupa por estos detalles, lo que si espero y le sugerí a la señorita, es que informe mejor antes de traer un pedido los precios reales para que no se vea afectado su servicio personal. Si deciden ir, vale la pena el sabor, pero ojo, tengan cuidado nada más. My score is based on quality of service vs. quality of food. The lady who attended us was friendly and felt sorry because apparently it is not the first time that a client makes observations of this type, but I honestly do not think it is her problem when the person who operates the place does not care about these details, What I do hope and suggest to the lady, is that she better inform the real prices before bringing an order so that her personal service is not affected. If you decide to go, it's worth the taste, but be careful, nothing else.
