I liked why the attention of the ladies who sold the tickets were very kind, but I did not like the place because it was very dirty from the floor to the windows and apart from that the blues truck was very late, it was scheduled to leave Talpa for Guadalajara at 7 PM and arrived until 8/30 PM

Terrible and they go from bad to worse both in attention and the central, and their trucks pff not to mention, they left us stranded for more than 3 hours, the "bosses" did not answer, they did not solve anything for the driver. This service is terrible, it is taken because it is the only thing but hopefully soon other lines will enter. In their bathrooms they have a tiny sign that indicates that the entrance does not accept 5-peso coins, that is, if they want to use it they will have to carry it weight for weight and if someone did not manage to read it and puts a 5-peso coin on it if they accept it, but they won't let you in hahahaha and they're not good at telling you: keep your 5 pesos here or find a way to let them in, the increase in the ticket isn't enough for them to buy a bigger billboard or give people their 5 pesos back.

Horrible terrible place just because there is no other option to travel, in particular I will not travel on this line again.

Pesssssiiiiimooooo service that exists anywhere, on the busiest days and especially if it's the weekend they should have more bullfights, I had to go during Holy Week and I had to go on the stopped bus because there was a bullfight every hour and media and they did not know how to organize people to get on the unit, it is incredible that being such a crowded place there is no organization at the ticket offices and poor workers how can they deal with all the problems of people who do not understand and do not know how to order a ticket

For such a small town they have a terminal ad hoc to the place and so far I think it meets the demands of tourism in Talpa. The only thing is, they could have the cleanest and most presentable place for visitors. It is always nice to arrive at a place that, in addition to being able to provide the main services, is clean and beautiful to look at. I think they could get more out of the place with more cleanliness and perhaps offering some drinks for those who arrive thirsty and having, at the busiest hours, motorcycle taxis to service the center of Talpa.
