★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most worse restaurant I have ever been. I got food poisoning due to a tuna steak which I ate in this restaurant. Was laying for some day in the ABC medical hospital. When I came out of the hospital I went straight to the restaurant manager who said, please sir ready our menu, it is mentioned that it is in your responsibility to eat here and check the food. Not even one word for excuse. I cannot believe how the manager treat other people. I can only warn you to eat here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited some places for having a nice cocktail and dinner, but none like this. Well located, beautiful place, service I think is the most remarkable virtue thanks to the waiters that usually recommend something new in the bar, and knows very well the menu (may be basic, but it is amazing how many places lack of it), the decoration is very adhoc for some drinks before closing a big deal, or to start a party night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a great ambience from the time you walk in the decor is inviting.
The food was also presented very nicely although it lacked that extra spark of flavor that you may be led to anticipate by its presentation. Ambiance on the restaurant itself is absolutely fabulous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this place. The ambience first of all is amazing, both the decor and the view gives it a warm yet vibrant feel to the whole experience. I always order the Paella, which is one of my favorite platters ever and the have a decent selection of wines. Pintxos and tapas are also a great starter to enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, we got there on time and the manager would not honor our reservation, with the excuse thar lunch patrons were still sitting down... at 9pm!
After I strongly complained, the hostess showed us to a waiting area, where I, standing 6'3", was offered a small stool next to my wife's high chair. We did not accept to sit there, and so the maitre d' came to see us and offered us to wait in a private room. That sounded great, until we got to a dark room, no music, no view, and when I tried opening a window, he said we were not supposed to, as this was a "secret" room.
After half an hour, we were finally shown to our table. Food was great, but the waiters were overwhelmed by so many Valentine's day guests that the service was horrible. It took half an hour more for us to get drinks. Another 20 minutes for our order to be taken. When our food arrived 30 minutes later, our order was incomplete. It took another half an hour for us to finally get what we ordered. Neither the manager nor the captain came to our table to ask how we were doing... no apologies were offered.
I asked for the bill, and 15 minutes after... nothing. We stood up and walked to the exit, talked to the manager, explaining how bad our experience had been and telling him I wanted to pay, but no one cared. He just said we should understand there was a big crowd and limited waiters. Again, not even an 'I am sorry'.
I've been coming here for 10 years and this WAS one of our favorites. Too bad we are never coming back.. not really worth the bad service. What a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best restaurants in Santa Fe (and perhaps in all CDMX) in terms of environment, food quality and service. Went for an early lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We were the first customers there, so we got the full undivided attention of the staff. Shared a couple of appetizers (croquetas de jamón and tortilla española) to kick it off. Then I had shrimp ceviche (delicious) and filet mignon (good). We also had salad with blue cheese and pear, paella and solomillo on a bed of mushroom risotto. To drink we went with 2x1 champagne and mimosas (which were indeed expensive). Dessert and coffee to wrap it up.
