★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As close as you can get to a true farmers' market. Prices are very good if you know which vendor to get your produce from. I'd recommend visiting there during the early morning to pick the freshest produce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Central de Abastos is located south near Caucel. A bit of a drive and worth it! Fresh local farmers market grade produce at bargain prices! Profe I was correct you can save yourself and family a bunch of money shopping for produce and other things here. Another bonus you can drive your car right up to the loading dock to have your various goodies put right in! Very convenient and quick!
