No hot/real food available inside or outside nearby. Una experiencia horible con ETN. A terrible customer service experience with ETN bus company. They aggressively upsold me a round trip ticket to SMA even though I only wanted one-way, sencillo. They assured me it would be no problem to return to DF any day/hour I wanted. Said nothing about having to phone well in advance. Told me the same thing at SMA station ETN desk when I double checked on arrival. I showed up at SMA station 40 minutes early for my preferred time and the ETN woman icily informed me the bus was full, no she would not give me a refund, nor buy me a ticket on another company's bus, and no there was no manager available to speak to. Then I'm pretty sure that she lied about the availability of a last minute seat on the bus I needed, because the driver was busy shouting out the destination as if there were more seats, or at least one seat, available. Use Primera Plus or Pegasso companies instead. Oh and also their internet/wifi never worked.

Decent station. Small but clean. Not a lot of food available. Charge for use of baño. Service and quality of buses varies from basic to plush depending on destination and bus line.

Buses to other parts of Mexico leave from here. Very puntual. No food or water give out. Buy those inside the Terminal.

Today I had the best service by Juan Pablo I had an issue with 5 tickets. I wanted to cancel the tickets but "Juan Pablo made it super EASY for me to fix my problem. Thank you Juan Pablo hope ETN has always this awesome people working

Small bus terminal for a small city. Clean and service is good.

Clean and organized. ETN bus lines have a VIP area with A/C, complementary water and electricity socket.

Busy, buses often get delayed. Taco place by the ETN terminal is good.

Where is the security guard? Passed out borracho on the chairs and stray dogs roaming around as if they live here. Weird. Bathroom is pretty good though.
