Un lugar muy concurrido por el gran flujo de personas instalaciones muy buenas,lugar recomendable, atención buena,solo hay que tener paciencia pero es un buen lugar y está en un punto accesible de Acapulco.

Definitely had the WORST experience with this company! Costa Line employees are horrible including the supervisor (Angelica Reyes) I made a change to my ticket and got here at 10pm to be able take one of the last trips which was at 11.40 and the employee (Lydia) that helped me out put the wrong date and I missed my trip. I was already in the bus and had to get off so she can update it. I went back to Lydia and she was very rude and unable to do anything told me I had to wait until 1.40 am which was the next one.Clearly she was lying because there was another one at 12.40 am but according to them it was a fancy bus and I couldn't go on it unless I paid the difference. I spoke to supervisor Angelica and she was very rude as well told me it was my fault for not checking! I told her I assumed I didn't have to check since they claim to be so professional. Never again will I use Costa Line I wasted 3hrs and a half and they have unprofessional staff!
