★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy pequeña y muy deterioradas las instalaciones, se debe mejorar el servicio los horarios de salida son de media a 1 hora, los directos son más frecuentes pero los intermedios alargan mucho el tiempo entre cada salida, hay discriminación con las personas de rancherías ya que pueden ir los camiones vacíos directos y no suben personas de rancherías esperando el servicio para ir a trabajar o a la escuela y estás a su vez llegan tarde a su destino, por falta de una buena organización, los choferes van a vuelta de rueda y además por si fuera poco camiones muy deteriorados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Said the bus would depart at 11 am, we left at 1 pm. Wouldn’t let passengers bring a bag with food/snacks up with them for a 20+ hr ride, when that has never been a problem, since I’ve been riding with them for more than 10 years already, but after this, no thanks! Didn’t give any of the passengers tags for the luggage until last minute when my luggage was already placed at the bottom of the bus, complete chaos. We depart the station and bus driver was using his phone while driving, still took its time to stop to get gas when that could’ve been done way earlier, and after he continued being on his phone while driving!!!
Oh, but he can bring his big luggage up the bus with him, blocking the hallway without a problem.
