★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old bus station got a remodel sometime ago, and now it looks awesome! Security has also improved inside and outside the premises with registered taxis with meters ready to take travelers anywhere around the city. Be ready to have a 5 pesos coin to access the restrooms that are clean with soap, water and paper available. Did I mention the whole bus station is air conditioned!!! Thank you Monterrey!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bathrooms are clean, ticket booth operators are really nice. No body speaks English and they could turn the AC on more so it's not so hot inside but overall it's nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is safe inside. The surrounding looks creepy at night. There are comfy wait areas and places to eat or have a coffe. The restrooms are clean but you have to pay. There is a cell ph coin charging station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty bathrooms.They charge to enter and yet none of that money goes to maintenance. Unreal. I won’t post pictures because they are too graphic.
