★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Note that there are several other bus stations for long distance travel in Oaxaca - this one is for the ADO and OCC lines. Used ADO several times to and from this terminal - runs on time, new busses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bus station is heaven in the short run, the reward and salvation after an arduous and often endless calvario. So was this place, the Oaxaca Central de Autobuses or just the Camionera, when I arrived here finally from an all-night journey from Tapachula.
It was here in this bus station that I first saw a Mayordomo anything. It was, looking back, like seeing my first OXXO. And leaving the station and walking to the center of the city, I first noticed that Mexico has become a country in which every person and every entity not a person has now a loudspeaker.
